Two quick questions from an existing mortgage customer

    Hi,
I have two questions on my mortgage account. I have an existing BOI mortgage and currently have a three year fixed rate. The rate is up this year.
    1. I have noticed that there is a change my interest rate request form online on the BOI site. Does this apply to me as my rate is fixed? Could I be given a new lower rate for the remainder of the fixed term.
    2. I received 2% cash back when I initially drew down this mortgage. Would I be entitled to a similar offer if they are still being offered to switchers and new customers later in the year or is there a cool down. I will be working out the best value combining interest paid due to rate received rate over the fixed period and also any cash back received so I would be leaving BOI and switching if I'm disadvantaged. Thanks very much.
