Anyone aware of a service that goes from wicklow or rathnew direct or indirect to dundrum village or dundrum shopping centre? There are multiple options that go via dublin city centre which adds a considerable amount of travel time unnecessarily. Just wondering if anybody knows a combination of trains/ buses etc that might avoid going all the way in to town and back out? Thanks in advance for any info offered.

You could get the 133 as far as Foxrock Church and then the 75 to Dundrum.

Thanks for that! That should shorten things considerably! Do you know is drop off stop for the 133 the same stop the 75 picks up at or is there a bus stop change required?

I'm not sure which bus stops the 133 stops at, but you get the 75 from any stop on the N11 between Foxrock Church (top of Kill Lane) and the turn off for Stillorgan village.

You could get the 133 to Cherrywood and pick up the Luas Green line to Dundrum.
Download the TFI ( transport for Ireland) journey planner app and it will give other options.

Another option is the train from Wicklow town to Dun Laoghaire station and then the 75 bus to Dundrum. Proabably not as fast as the above options however.
