FTTH usage stats

    I'm still on a 1TB  FUP and have been trying to keep track of my usage. I have read on here that the usage calculator is accurate

    This month I have used the internet much less than I normally do however it already shows that I've gone over 1TB!

    This is crazy as I said, I've not used the internet much this month. 

    When I go to historical usage things get even stranger

    It says that it's DSL usage even though I'm on FTTH so therefore Eir don't even seem to know what internet package I have.


    Why are the two different sections showing such vastly different info?
    Can I be assured that I won't be charged for this obviously inaccurate usage info?

    I'm sorry to see that this isn't registering correctly for you.

    If you could PM me the following account details, I would be more than happy to look into removing the 1TB cap on your account.

    1) Account number
    2) Account name
    3) Are you the account holder?
    4) Your DOB

    5) Your full postal address
