iPhone battery problem

    It’s my daughters iPhone 6 ,it’s so slow to charge to get it turned on and then it charges to 2% then goes off ,would anyone have any idea what’s wrong with it please

    Failed cell. I'd stop trying in case it were to vent.

    Battery replacement I would think. Cost about €50 with Apple / Approved repair Centre.
    You missed out on the €29 replacement program which ended 31st. December.
    Assume it is out of warranty.
