    A quick query. We are relocating home this year and I may have found a site from a local man to purchase .
    What info can I request from him in advance of down to meet him ? I would like to have a look at site on county council site so see past planning etc as well as google maps
    Could I ask for folio number ? I am assuming it won’t have an eircode
