Ballpark figure if yous can lads.

    Buying a three bed semi D. With single bathroom, living room and kitchen and hall. Looking for a ballpark figure on complete plumbing installation. Boiler, cylinder, rads, heated towel rack, shower, kitchen connections(sink,dishwasher and washing maching), bathroom(with or without being tiled with bath/shower in it ( dont want electric power shower) toilet and sink.

    Any help much appreciated :)

    Sorry just to add to this i got a price off the girlfriends friend. He said between 11-15k. I thought this would be way over . I'm wiring it myself an going all out and its coming in at 3k(wiring cost). Is it really that expensive.

    I would say 15k.
    Would also depend on the spec of the bathroom too.

    Wiring what exactly? If you are going for gas you might find it difficult to get a RGI installer to connect to someone else's work without certs.

    Rewiring the whole house. I'm qualified and reci certified.
