The main account holder details were recently changed on my Eir account. However I am still receiving bill notification emails with the welcome line ('Dear xxxx') in the previous account holder's first name. Can I get this fixed please?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

the welcome line on the email still hasn't been updated.

Would really like to get this changed as its the previous account holder who is now deceased. Can't understand why this would still occur as the account holder details were updated last October.
