This optic has seen very little use, has been carefully looked after, and the body, lenses, and mechanics are all perfect. It was mounted in correctly torqued optilock rings, so no ring marks are visible on the 30mm tube.

The reticle is A4, and it’s FFP as you'd expect with a Schmidt. The scope comes with a Scopeshield (in heavier gauge 3mm neoprene), as well as Butler Creek flip-up lens covers, all of which are also as new.

I used this scope on my Sako .223 for feral goat control on my own land, but the goats are now no more, so I’ll be using the rifle purely for foxing from now on. I wanted more magnification for the smaller and usually more distant foxes, so I bought an otherwise identical second-hand replacement 3-12x S+B classic two weeks ago. The 1.5-6x I’m selling was ideal for the purpose I got it for, the very wide FOV on low power allowing very fast target acquisition and killing shots at running goats on several occasions, while the 6x was always plenty for all the longer shots I needed to take.

This is a nice compact scope in mint condition, with exceptionally clear and bright glass. Perfect for close to medium range stalking, woodland, driven hunts, boar, etc.

€630 incl. postage (tracked and insured post)
