A few months ago I was overcharged, this was fixed but the charge keeps rolling over.

    Last March/April I was there were a few billing errors in a row totalling 170. This was fixed but the 170 is still showed as owed to eir. Each month it just keeps rolling over but is never taken from my bank account.

    So my bill this month is 45, that is what will leave my bank in a few days but it still says I owe 215.

    Can someone take the 170 off my account for good?
