Is there any issue with eir internet phone?

    Hi, I restarted modem 2 days ago and now cant make any calls via app or phone. On my router voip light is not one and when i dial any numbers over the phone line is busy all the time.
    Can you tell me whats is wrong? Do i need any settings?

    If you could PM me the following information I would be happy to help you with this.
     
    1. Account number and name on the account. 
    2. Can you confirm if you're the account holder?
    3. Address (Full first line)
    4. Date of birth.
