    thanks OP- but whats the benefits of this app over (say) MX player/any other free player app?

    **Not saying a freebie is not a bargain...but plenty of free player apps around.

    I suppose it wouldn't have ads. But vlc wouldn't either and vlc would have chromecast

    Some mixed reviews but no harm downloading for future use
