    Hi,

    Probably a stupid question:
How is the balance sheet presented for a private limited company that has never traded and has no cash or other assets? Should the ordinary shares issued at incorporation be listed both as a cash asset and as liability/equity, even though the value is nominal? Or are assets and liabilities zero?
