Since Crewe is the UK and this is an Irish based discussion site, unlikely Irish residents will avail of it.

Legit company; some garages use them to manage their customers service plans if they so choose to avail of a plan. I have such a plan with my garage of choice.

The question is why do they [Emac] have your address? Did you have some work done on a car in the UK (either whilst visiting or living there) and giving your Irish address?

I bought a new car (Irish) some years ago with a 5year service included in a main Dublin dealer.

don't be giving them your bank details unless you're sure it's legit

    EMac are a legit company.

When we lived in UK we had service plans with them for both cars.. we were through Ford main dealerships

    It was good value.

No doubt they are, but is this letter really from them? Would need checking out independant of any details on the letter

What make of car was it?

The letter is legit but the only time Ive seen them sent out is if a customer has a service plan and not used it ie. let it lapse.
Maybe they didn't know they had one or brought the car to a non franchised dealer for servicing.

From memory Emac allow 60 days or 1500km either side of the service due date for each of the services included. If you don't use it you loose it and after 2 are missed the above letter is sent out.

    Hope this helps.
