Local need for building

    Hi guys,

    As part of planning permission I have to include a reason for building in the area. Here are some of the points I have:

    To help my parents on the farm
    Security for parents as they don't have anyone else around the area
    To set up my own business in the town
    Continue training and teaching in the local sports club
    Eventually take over the family farm

    Is there anything else that I might need to include?
