Hi I have an unauthorised charge on my credit card in the name of Eir R6. I have my direct debits for billing coming from my current account. What I can't understand is that how can you charge my credit card when you were not authorised??

1) Account number
2) Account name
3) Are you the account holder?
4) Your DOB

5) Your full postal address
