Thinking of getting a Nest thermostat, however currently we use the boost button to use heating when we need it. As I understand it there is no boost function on the Nest. i am wondering if it would be pointless getting the Nest. i know Hive has a boost function. Anyone have any opinions on this?

if you want a smart stat... I would recommend Hive every day we've fitted alot of them and not one issue after set-up.

bearing in mind we've never fitted Nest.

I never liked the Gsm on climote but they solve a problem where house has no wifi or rented houses.
