Hi looking for a bit of help setting up a Digi dialler
    Model is smart guard E18SGGSM
Basically been playing around with this on and off for a month or so but can't get it to work.
I just want to hook it up to house alarm.

Have it rigged up to a temp 12v supply. Installed an Eir sim
Powerd up and I'm getting a led flash that indicates device has connected to network but when I send the configuration text or status text I get no reply from unit.
I have the sim set to 2g only and pin disabled am I missing anything else?? Or is it a faulty unit

It was previously installed elsewhere in working order

Just had a quick look at the manual off that and it says once powered up it needs the correct time and date set for it to operate correctly.
Hopefully thats all it is as never used that gsm.

Have you reset the unit before you installed it?

    It just says "CLK ERROR"
    Submitting it in the form
    CLK:2019.01.01_19:58

As it says in the manual

Format of the text looks correct.
Have you sent up phone number one to the unit?

Just looking at the diagram and it looks like this to me.
Z1 to the minus on the internal bell.
    12V to 12V from panel.

Have you turned on the input also?

Just on the powering of the device.

You have 12V positive going to the DC
12V minus going to the COM

    Text message to unit, SAZ1:ON

From the diagram it seems wired correctly.
You could switch it to input 2 and test that to be sure.
Never used the unit so could be missing something myself also :D
