Immersion Leak

So I woke up to the RCD tripping. Turns out the immersion has a small leak. It looks to be the immersion element itself. The seal seems fine around it. I assume it needs to be replaced. Is this a job for a sparks or plumber? Seems both can do it. Even seen companies that specialise in fixing immersions. What would boards…
