    Jakob Kiplimo just after running 26.40 at the San Silvestre Vallecana in Madrid to take 4 seconds off Leonard Komen’s old mark.

    It won't get ratified as a World Record unfortunately because the course is downhill andd point to point. Kiplimo is an absolute star of the future though, be unreal to see him and Kipruto give the track a real go.

    On phone so can't link but there's a fantastic video of this on Youtube. The atmosphere is something else. Would make ya want to do it some year.
