    Currently have a I5 4460, 2*4GB of Ram and a GTX 970.

Would it be worth upgrading I7 4790 for 120 from Cex and 16GB DDR3 for 60.

Anything bang for buck upgrading the 970 at the minute?

You can find GTX 1070 for €300-ish (both used & new) as well as GTX 980 Ti, either of those would be a 30% upgrade.
There's also the AMD RX 590, which is a huge upgrade for AMD-optimized titles.

However I'd wait a week to see what CES brings.
