I did some running a few years back, as I was hoping to do a Triathlon.
I never really enjoyed it nor swimming and ended up doing mostly cycling.
Due to time pressures and me losing my cycling buddy to the recession (he emigrated ) that slowly stopped too.

I started gyming during lunch time to loose a few pounds - mostly doing weights.

Anyway - Doc told me my blood pressure is on the verge, I therefore have to do a bit more exercise.

My work colleague is a running nut, and they have inspired me and another chap to start, he's a bit ahead of me.

Anyway - here is my log.

Today was week 5 day 2 couch to 5k
    walk 5 - run 8 - walk 5 - run 8

    Total Distance : 4.24km

    total elapsed : 31:06

    pace 7:20/km
