Who would win in a fight?

Ellen Ripley or Sarah Connor?

I was having this conversation with someone earlier and I'm torn. I think they're both evenly matched but Sarah just might have the edge after all her years of training.

Ellen Ripley with a late stoppage deep into the 12th.

Sarah Connor wins the rematch via majority decision.

The rubber match takes place during a humid evening in Nevada. Little to split them through ten rounds. Connor smells blood and goes in for the kill. Ripley adjusts and sends an accurate straight right down the middle, dropping Connor. Biggest moment of a lacklustre fight. That round clinches the fight for Ripley who wins by unanimous decision.

All in all, I really enjoyed their contests. Not quite Ward v Gatti, but close.

Would depend on at what point. Sarah Connor started as an ordinary joe with no training and maybe some innate grit and mental toughness. Ripley seems a born warrior. She'd match Connor's toughness but with a more tactical and cunning mind. Very resourceful.


They might just both get it on though.

Ripley also started with no training though. Both of them in the first movies were inexperienced but had toughened up big time for the second.

Ripley fights for survival and adapts to her situation but Sarah was full of rage after leaving the mental institute. She was cold and calculating. Ripley is great with weapons but without them, I think Sarah would have the edge.

Sarah Connor is way too hot headed. Remember when she went off on that solo run to kill Myles Dyson? Or how she got caught and put in Pescadero Mental Institute for trying to blow someplace up? John Connor also said she was forever talking about judgement day and all that jazz. Sarah may be tough, but she is all over the shop.

Ripley gets the job done. There are no after school special meltdowns, just uses her wits and good sense to get the job done.

I am calling this one for Ripley.

There both legends but Ripley is definitely the winner, shes much more sensible,intelligent and resourceful

Although Ripley is one of the top 5 female characters ever she's not the toughest. That title belongs to Kill Bills the bride

I'd particularly like to see this fight because I'm sure McAleese would win and what a joy that would be to watch.

Robinson does have the advantage of being pure evil but that wouldn't make up for her scrawny frame and weaker jaw.
