    Hey,

I'm currently in the market to upgrade my car. Currently driving an 08 Civic with a crank sensor that needs to be replaced.

We've 3 young kids so decent boot space would be a requirement. Currently doing 600km a week, 50/50 of national roads and motorway driving. I thought a diesel would be the best bet but reading posts around here a lot of people seem to be against them for problems they can develop. Looking for something reliable and hassle free. I plan on keeping the car as long as possible.

We're looking at a budget of €8-10K plus the trade in for the Civic.

    Any recommendations?

    Thanks

Vote NR 2 = OCTAVIA !!!! No Question...it will tick all the boxe's, and 600 Klms / week will more than justify Diesel

Another Civic. The 1.6 diesel is very good in them.
