Prepay Power Gas - Credit Adjustment

    Quick Summary
    - Moved into a new house
    - Prepay gas meter with prepay power
    - €107 debt outstanding but prepay power say they have put through a credit adjustment
    - Have made the required 4 top ups but the credit adjustment hasn't gone through

    Have called support on 6 occasions but keep getting fobbed off (I don't think they know the problem or are interested in trying to solve)

    Has anyone any experience of getting a credit adjustment processed on a payg gas meter
