wiclow deer management

    just an update from the deer management unit in wicklow surely they must have the 120thu spent by now so i still cant see how this will finance a census on the population of deer ,cull of deer, prepare a management program , on a budget that wouldn't pay 109 euro a day over the 3 yrs period common sense says that this wont even pay a secretary to do the paper work, so where will the finances come from , who will benefit from this partnership??????????????

    Dont think the census will be on a daily basis.
