eircom.net / Outlook issuer (windows 10)

    Hi, I upgraded to Windows 10 over Christmas and I cannot get my eircom.net email to work on Outlook.  I can use the webmail, and the Mail app on Win 10 but Outlook proper keeps rejecting it with the following error "We couldn't connect to the outgoing (SMTP) server. None of the authentication methods supported by outlook are supported by your sever. For more information, contact your email administrator".   Any ideas.  The mail server settings I've copied over from my old laptop and they still work on Windows 7  (and also work on the "Mail" app on Windows 10).  Many thanks
