Health Insurance

    Hi,

    Just a quick question.

    Currently paying my health insurance myself but have the option of putting it through work and deducting the equivalent from my wages and paying BIK instead.

    Is there any advantage for me or the company? My understanding is there is no difference from a tax point of view.
