    Paddy Power are giving someone I know a free trip to Ascot as a loyalty/ business reward. Is it safe to assume this person is losing a lot of money or are they keen to keep them as a customer to make some money back. Apologies if wrong forum

    I’d say so.
    Ladbrokes donsomethibg similar with the Punchestown festival for customers that lose €20k per annum. Free drink, food, etc.
