    Hi Eir,

    Since September I have been trying to resolve a customer care issue regarding a wrongful bill. I have spent hours on hold waiting for a resolution to no avail. I have logged several complaints online and have always received an automatic notification that I will be contacted within 48hrs however no phone call was ever received instead I receive notifications about potential disruptions to service unless I pay the aforementioned bill. Once again I would request some assistance on this matter.

    Sorry to hear you are having ongoing issues with your bill. 

    If you could PM the following details I can look into this for you?
    1. Your Account Number
    2. Your Full Name
    3. Your Full Address
    4. Your DOB
    5. Confirm you are the account holder. 

    Could you also advise what email address you provided when you logged your complaint?
