Advice on replacing an immersion switch

    Hello,

    I'm looking for some advice in replacing a broken immersion switch. The layout of the terminal connections is a little different between the two.

    Original Switch

    | || x | | x | x |
    common L out N out

    | x || x | | x | x |
    L1 L2 L in L in

    New Switch

    | x || x | | x | x |
    Sink Bath L out N out

    | x | | x | x |
    20/250 Supply L N

    I'm sure L1 and L2 correspond to sink and bath and the Live/netural supply and outs match up but I'm confused about the terminal labelled 20/250. Is this the same as Common on the original switch.

    If so the wiring in the original has a wire coming out of 'L out' and looping into 'common', should I replicate the on the new switch by connecting 'L out' to 20/250? Note this is the only wire connected to 'L out'.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Many Thanks!
