A few months ago a rep called to the door and we signed up for fibre broadband. We were supposed to be paying 54.99 per month but you have taken 64.99 a month out the last few months.
This is not what we signed up for. Can you please get back to me on this

    Hi there theoldbreed,

I have tried to reply to your PM, however, it is saying that you can not receive any PM's. Could you change this setting just for now so I can reply to your message.

I didn't realise I had that setting. I can't see anything to change...I'm not sure why you can't send me messages
