Bird Song .. ??

    A quick question to those who may know, I live in Dublin, about 6-8 weeks ago we had all street lighting all changed from the yellow bulbs to the new White ones


    Maybe it has nothing to do with it, but since the change I have noticed a huge increase in birdsong. It is especially noticeable between the hours of 8PM and 2AM


    Is this normal ?. I am used to loud birdsong " the Dawn Chorus" in Spring but have never heard it in mid winter
