Marathon plan

    Hi looking to run marathon in June want to see if I can break 3.20 have a 3.54 but didn't have a plan only averaged about 30 miles a week over 12 weeks 4 runs a week one long run others short progression runs.Other race times 10 mile 72mins,half marathon 1hr37mins.Want to get one that would give times and details of what I should get from each run.Would look at doing 5 days some maybe few miles each morning and evening.Morning wud be probably on treadmill 7am.
