IPhone 6 Plus Battery Replacement

I notice my battery is running down quite quickly in the last few weeks. Once it starts to discharge it runs low very quickly. Battery Health app states Maximum capacity is 85% an€ supporting normal peak performance. Just wondering if I should try to have it changed before year end and would it qualify for €29 replacement?
