Hi there, I will admit i havnt a clue on this so any help much appreciated.

    1. is a mobile hotspot from your phone enough to power now tv - ie 30 gb
    2. the channels in say the entertainment pack - can you watch them like on sky or is it all box sets ?
    3. would it go through data very quickly ?

We are moving house, currently with eir have tried a billion times in last week and half to get through to their specialist moving team and can not get through...

So we are moving in next few days and i am trying to sort an alternative source of tv to get us over the few days - so we don't have to talk to each other...

if anyone has better suggestions im all ears

You'll only get about an hour of viewing per day on a 30Gb limit. You can watch the channels live or the available box sets.

    1. I run it on a rural landline that clocks a max of 3gb.
    2. Yes you can watch it live as broadcast as well as box sets. You can run 2 streams at a time from one account if you want.
3.Yes it will eat data as you streaming full hd content. You can adjust it to 760 he ready to save a bit.

would a standard phone hotspot in 3 or 4g be fast enough to power it smoothly.
we have three mobiles in house two with 30 gb and one unlimited so hopefully that should see us through xmas.

looking like just getting a new wifi provider since its pointless trying to get thru to eir

Never had an issue with it, using it years on various devices. Even GoT season 8 on episode release day - no problem at all streaming it.
