How many things could we manage without in a perfect world?
    Three for starters:

    Police force
    Door locks
    PIN numbers

If the world was perfect, what would people complain about?

Then it would not, by definition, be perfect.

Then it would not, by definition, be perfect.

    Then it’s not possible.

HEROIN: even Jack Bauer had need for it in 24.

    Then it’s not possible.

That's a certainty. Making all replies moot.

Its subjective. For me a perfect world is one that requires no checks and balances. We are all able to survive together without inflicting pain on each other. Different laws are not needed because we can be trusted to be decent and kind.

    Weapons
    Police
    Societal rules and regulations
    Drugs
    A Government
    Prison
    Keys
    Internet security
    Banking security
    Homeless services
    Charities

Unless humans in a perfect world became immortal you would still need some sort of health care establishment.

You would need fire service of some kind too

Define the "Perfect World". It's so many different things to different people. And all definitions will be rife with if and buts.

By the looks of it we'd still need a dole office 'cos with those suggestions half the population would be unemployed !!
