Umail and Student Portal login issue

    Hi am a former student of UCC I am unable to log into umail and the student portal with both student number/address and password given to me have former students been wiped off the student email system by any chance?

    I tried to reset it but it seemed like my one from another student number from IT Tralee email address was used as a secondary email address have redirected to another gmail account but link has not shown up to reset password. Tried using other email addresses. I was able to log into it no problem during the summer months but not at the moment. Seems like a new system.
