Can I really not get any broadband?

    Hi, Can someone please give me a clear answer as to why I can not get any broadband services? I have been on Three mobile broadband with less then 1Mbps for so many years, can barely even load a website. Yet a house a few metres down the road from me can recieve Gigabit fibre broadband? Is there really nothing that can be done? I don't even care about fibre at this point, I really can't even get a basic broadband connection? See the attached picture ( My house is marked in black, the house marked in blue can recieve Gigabit broadband)
