eir sport mobile (red) app - nightmare

    Is anyone able to help? Possibly someone who has been through all the hoops on this already and found out 'the' answer?

    I am a bill-pay customer on a SIM only plan, which is eligible for free eir Sports on the red mobile app.

    I cannot login to it. It says my email is not recognized, or p/w is wrong, or I'm not entitled to use it. None of those are true. I can login to my Eir.....

    I was onto technical support who said the p/w requirements for the eir sport app are different to that of my eir, even though that's the account you use to login to the eir sport app. So has to be 8-chars max etc.... So I even tried changing my password to 'suit', reinstalled the app....... still no joy.

    Can anyone help?!

    I'm sorry to hear about the problems you have run into with your eir Sports app.

    If you could PM me the following account details, I'd be more than happy to have a look into this for you.

    1) Account number
    2) Account name
    3) Are you the account holder?
    4) Your DOB

    5) Your full postal address
    6) Password for both my eir and your eir sports app.
    7) Finally, the email address registered for both.
