    I’ve a package I’m anxious to receive for Xmas, arrived in Dublin yesterday afternoon..this morning it came up on the tracker “Item in Depot - Mis Sorted” in Clonmel DSU, what does this mean? I’m in Tipperary myself

    I had that as well, package was incorrectly delivered to Naas DSU instead of Kilkenny DSU. Didn't cause any major delay though, I received it without any further problems the next day

    They are delivering mail tomorrow so hopefully will arrive then

    Hopefully it arrives.

    Parcel delivery on 23rd and 24th. Id imagine there is a swap over between Clonmel and other D.S.U.s in Tipperary which means it might have to go back through the system but brought directly from Clonmel to your DSU say Thurles or Cahir.

    I have also been on edge about a parcel. Their tracker said that it got to portLaois on the 21st and was out for delivery yesterday. It never arrived. I’m only hoping that it arrives today or tomorrow..

    Go to your local D.S.U (Pick up office) They will want to get as much stuff out tomorrow, 24th as as possible.

    Check to see if you got docket in your door that may have got mixed up with cards, just a chance, it does happen
