Web domain name hosting

    New to this.

    Paid for a web domain name with letshost.ie. €15 in and around for the year.

    I then go on the godaddy website later and the domain name is still available to buy.

    Am I missing something?

    Just checked again on letshost and the status is ‘pending’.

    yes, its not instant. can take up to 72 hours for DNS to propagate.

    you haven't said if you received the confirmation email from webhoster confirming you own the domain name? that usually arrives within minutes to the email address you specified.

    Hello. Thanks for the reply. Yes received a couple of emails confirming payment. If it takes up to 72 hrs that’s it then. Thanks again.
