    What is the procedure if a substitute licence is not received/lost in post?

    The first thing that needs to be established is, has it been granted. If so it can be reissued

    Simple process, tell the guard you didn’t receive it and they select a reprint on their system you should have it in the post the following week.

    many thanks.
    I had already received a separate letter granting a suppressor two weeks earlier, hence my assumption its in the post/lost in post.
