Canceled Broadband Install Date

    Due to get broadband switched on today but let down and told not Companies problem???

    Wont have till after Christmas now, would have went with other provider if we had of known

    Yesterday I was going to get Virgin Media broadband + TV, which would have been installed today. I changed my mind when I realised BT Sport was included with the Eir package. The only negative was that the Eir installation wouldn't happen until Monday, but I decided I could wait. Then today I get a text telling me the installation will happen tomorrow week!

    Could you PM the following details and I can check this out for you? 
    1. Account Number
    2. Full Name
    3. Address
    4. DOB 
    5. You are the account holder?

    As soon as I get this information I can check the reason this happened.
