Hi I'm just wondering whether Medium Support is sufficient for running? Or does one need 'High Support'?. I've actually been a runner for years but only recently started paying attention to the varying levels of support. For running, sometimes intensely is it recommended that one wear 'High Support'? I write because most seem to be just Medium or even Low. Is anyone else here active who could offer advice?
    Thanks
    S

It depends on how busty you are I suppose. I wont consider anything other than max support. I find shock absorbers great. M&S do a fairly decent running one too.

Thanks, most of them seem to be only medium or low...only a small minority seem to offer high support.

Really depends on how big your boobs are. I'm a DD so definitely need high support or I'd have two black eyes but smaller would definitely get away with medium.

I would get high support for running even if you are small. Don't take the risk, you can damage yourself. The small ones need support and care too. Buy a good one and get fitted for it. The low support ones are pointless, I would wear them as a comfy bra around the house nothing else. They have practically no support.
