Window frame loose/out of place?

Hi there - Looking for recommendations please as not sure who to contact or even how to find them?

One of our PVC window frames is loose in the blockwork and has shifted out of place - This has left a gap and the room is permanently freezing etc.

I had considered fixing it myself but as there's a cavity lined up with the window frame pretty much exactly I've no idea how to screw it in place after pushing it back into it correct position....

Who might fix this for me? Any comments or advice welcome. Posting this here in the Limerick forum rather than DIY or Building forum as thought you folks might have a recommendation for someone who can take this on.

Search Foley Windows on facebook. Noel is a gent & he'll sort it for you easily enough.

this man has done work for myself and my mother numerous times and is very professional

However loose in the blockwork may require a general builder instead of a window repair, hope this helps.
