Google "Kavanagh Meats, enniscorthy" for a number.
You'll get a yes or no answer fairly quick.

You won't get that answer here.

Your taxidermist should know, as far as meat plants, all heads are classified as specified risk material and the department of agriculture seem to consider it their property and police it strictly, seen one man get a very serious letter for dipping in to a head skip at local meat factory. The department were fit to tear him a new one. Now a local butcher might accommodate.

    Thanks guys.

Might talk to my butcher and see what he says . Tbh a taxidermist should be first on the list before getting a head in a bag and not storing it correctly etc

    Thanks again
