To much marzipan

    Just wrapped the cake in marzipan. Ready to ice on Friday, would do it tomorrow but going for a liquid lunch :)

    So I made way to much marzipan.

    Looking for ideas what to do with it all.

    Eat it.
    Roll it into little balls, dip them in melted chocolate, cool until set, then eat those.
    Form into marzipan fruits - (many recipes online.) Charming festive gift.
    Mix chopped chocolate and raisins, then place a clump in a disc of marzipan and roll up. Delicious choc/raisin/almond sweets.
    Make more cakes, or buy some at the supermarket, and cover with marzipan.
