Bought a book on the 8th December and I still don't have it, and no reply from the seller. The book is in Dublin, should only take a few days. Pain in the arse as I need it for study.

Anyway, no reply from the seller so time to open a dispute. I have the option of going through ebay or paypal. Which one is better?

AFAIK eBay will direct you to PayPal to open a dispute.

The 8th was a Saturday so realistically the earliest they would have shipped was the 10th. Check the posts in this section for all reports of postal delays. It's just that time of year.
