    Hello Everybody,
What do people in general prefer? Doing an extension and renovation and have basically a free range in the interior to do whatever I want. I am thinking 2 medium to small bedrooms and largish kitchen or I can have 2 bigger bedrooms and a midsize to small kitchen. House is old and there is about 85 m square to play around with. But bathroom, hall, and corridor have to come out of that also and there are a few small windows in front wall which will remain.

    Thanks a lot

It depends on your needs. Will the bedroom also be used for study by a teenager. If so room for a desk would be great.

Generally master bedroom would be the one with a bit of extra space and others not do much.

You should sit down and think about all your wants and order them based on priority.

Great advice on the study desk there, our eldest uses her room for study and it’s great peace for her.

How many people are envisioned to use the space ??
Will both bedrooms be occupied all the time ??

Think about a jack and Jill bathroom between them ??
