    My girlfriend is currently abroad in the Philippines and wants to send a few shirts to me for Christmas. However, the shipment company there are asking for an import license from me so they will be able to ship it? I've received things before and this was never an issue. Is there actually anything like this I can apply for? I wasn't sure where to post it, but seen some similar questions here from results.
